Hi I’m Cate and as silly as it sounds I love life. Okay, that’s not strictly true, but most days I really do love my life. I have been through a lot of things in my life, small and big, and I know there were times when I could’ve really used someone else’s guidance and support. It’s hard to tell someone who knows you about all the hard stuff, sometimes it is easier to chat it out with a stranger so that’s why I started this podcast. I wanted to create a safe place for girls to come and be able to share and listen to the advice of people who are at similar stages of life. It started as a dream but now it’s my reality and I’m so grateful.
